'We had a prior accident actually just east of here on the interstate. As traffic was slowing for it, we had two more east bound vehicles, one slowed in traffic, the other was unable to stop and struck the pick up and trailer in the rear,' said Ohio State Trooper Sgt. Clark Felix.
