Bison horse trailer

. well, it'll be as weird as the trailer. Not sure what else to say. Except that the trailer is weird, indeed. (See the trailer

But he never knew this one, Tracy said, picking up Jacyne, the energetic youngest in the Romey family.Pictures of Hanson in different places, interviewing a wide variety of people, are abundant in various photo albums, many with a reporters notebook in hand. One interesting thing that I recall him saying, said Tracys husband John, is that he always had a pencil, because a pen could run out of ink, freeze or just quit working, but you could always write with a pencil. One time that Hansons pencil would have served him well, was during the 5th Wounded Knee Commemorative Ride, during late December of 1991. He really wanted to participate in the ride, John said. He wanted to write a story about it.Tracy said that she sent John out with her Dad, to make sure that he would be alright. The first night, John recalled, It wasnt too bad; there was only a little snow and it wasnt too uncomfortable. But the next morning, the wind was blowing and the temperatures were dropping.Romey said that the wind chill was 60 below, but Hanson never missed a beat. I was about 25-years old and I froze, Romey said, and Gordon would have been what, 62 years old and he was fine.Romey said that when they reached the end of the trail ride, they found that their pickup and trailer had gone missing to boot. But the police chief there knew Gordon, and got us in where it was warmer until our stuff turned up, he said. But like all good reporters, Hanson made sure that his story was filed, and on time too.He stood in line with the other reporters, waiting for the one phone line that was available, Romey said.As he grew older, Hanson returned to his true passion, which was rodeo. He was the media director for the old Rodeo Cowboys Association, and is widely credited for being the man who added the P for Professional to the PRCA.Following a long career in the AP which took he and his family through Iowa, Minnesota and both Dakotas, Hanson retired, returning to the Rapid City Journal to concentrate on covering rodeo and military affairs. He loved it here in the Dakotas, Tracy said. He had an opportunity to transfer to New York with the AP and turned it down. He wanted to work and raise his family here.
